Hi everybody...The G-Man had quite an emotional day at work today, but eventually things worked out pretty good. All in all I'm quite drained and I have very little creativity tonight, so it's time to invent a theme for Tuesday...How about Internet Tuesday?

Musical Monday Swinefest.........

WAR PIGS......
Generals gathered in their masses
Just like witches at black masses
Evil minds that plot destruction
Sorcerers of deaths construction
In the fields the bodies burning
As the war machine keeps turning
Death and hatred to mankind
Poisoning the brainwashed minds, oh Lord yeah..
Polititians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight
They leave that up to the poor
Time will tell on their power minds
Making war just for fun
Treating people just like pawns in chess
Wait till their judgement day comes..Yeah
Now in darkness world stops turning
As the war machine keeps burning
No more war pigs of the power
Hand of God has struck the hour
Day of Judgement God is calling
On their knees the War Pigs crawling
Begging mercy for their sins
Satan, laughing, spreads his wings..
All Right Now....
Thanks Ozzie...True Then...True Now!
I hope you liked my combo....
Monday Swinefest, AND Musical Monday...
Peace...!! Please.....

Guest 55...........

Hi Everybody.. The G-Man is not feeling very inspired today.

So I hope you don't mind if I have a special guest, do a 55 in my absence.....

"My Mother was a 15 year old French prostitute named Chloe, with webbed feet.

My father would womanize, and he would drink.

He would make outrageous claims, like he invented the 'question mark'.

Sometimes, he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy!!

The sort of general malaise, that only the genius possess...

And the insane lament!!!"

Thank You Dr Evil......

Say, I also have heard that your father was a relentlessly self-improving Boulangerie owner from Belgium, with low-grade narcolepsy, and a penchant for buggery!!

All righty then...Thanks again... Peace!

PS..If you have written a 55, you may go tell Susie..

She has a link on my blog-roll, or you may tell me..

...'and a penchant for buggery'...hehehehehe

Stupid HNT.........

I've done some very stupid things in my life, but NOTHING near as stupid as something that I did yesterday. I have a very dear Blogger friend that when presented with a favorite treat, always says.."I eat them by the handfulls"!!
In this spirit, I thought that I would stage a pic of me cramming a handfull of some potato chips in my mouth. Some chips I might add, that came by special delivery in the mail..
Just any chip?...I Think NOT!!!!
Rt. 11 Mama Zuma's Revenge-Habinero!!
That should have tipped me off right there...HABINERO!!!
The River Styx immediately trickled down into my gullet...
At first it wasn't so bad, then literally..All Hell Broke Loose!!!!
My tongue is still numb...
HHNT..... Peace!

Quote...End of Quote.......

Mr Knowitall has the night off....
Tonight was a rarity in the G-Mans household, we all had dinner together!!!
During the course of the meal, my son Reese was telling us that his current English
assignment, was that they are reading Hamlet. Ahhh Hamlet!!!!( G-Man 'Flashback' to
English Lit).....
"Frailty, thy name is woman"!
"Something is rotten in the State of Denmark"..
"Neither a borrower nor a lender be"..
"There are more things in heaven and earth Horatio,
then are dreamt of in your philosophy"...
"To be, or NOT to be".......
You get the picture, anyway, Those quotes gave me the idea for this post...
A post of Quotes!!.....
These are some interesting "Last Quotes" of some famous "Optimists" to the bitter end!!!!
"I think I could eat one of Ballamy's veal pies"
Wm Pitt..Br. Prime Minister..1801
"Sergeant, the Spanish bullet isn't made that will kill me"
Bucky O'Neill, American war hero, 1914
"It's Nothing"
Franz Ferdinand, Austrian Archduke, 1914
"I'm getting better"
D.H. Lawrence...1930
"Get my swan costume ready"
Anna Pavlova, Russian ballerina. 1930
"I think I'm gonna make it"
Richard Loeb, convicted murderer, 1936
"I've never felt better"
Douglas Fairbanks Jr. Actor..1942
"Go away, I'm all right"..
H.G. Wells..1946
"Do you know where I can get any shit"?
Lenny Bruce, American Comedian, 1966
OK, now this is my favorite!!....
In 1900, Oscar Wilde dies in France under the assumed name of Sebastan Melmouth.
He had an abscess on the brain, caused from an ear infection...His last words...
"Either that wall-paper goes, or I do"!!!!
Wow...What inspiration!!! So unlike me as of late...
Do you have any favorite quotes that you would like to share???
C'Mon....Share a little with the G-Man...
PS...If you hear someone say..."Quote (and do the little bunny ears)Un-Quote"
Look at them real stupid like...Cause there is NO un-quote!!!!!
My title says it all...... Peace!

Detroit Auto Show Part 2.........

Hi Everybody...Well I promised you all pics from the North American Auto Show going on in Detroit this week, and I do actually have a couple of car pix, but once again one of my obsessions took a hold of me and I got a bit sidetracked..
The car event is being held in a grand old arena called Cobo Hall. It's a huge complex down by the river, and parking is crazy. The best thing to do is to park in a great 'touristy' area called GreekTown. That is also part of the 'casino area' in Mo-Town..
Anyway, in GreekTown there is a huge casino there that is always hopping, and you can catch a mono-rail to Cobo Hall and other down-town attractions.
The sleek silver car in the first pic is that of the all-electric new GM car called the Volt!!
It is still officially in the prototype stage, but the word is that GM is going to produce the vehicle. The yellow Camaro with a shadowy figure blocking part of the view, is the 2009 Chevy Camaro.
This car was also a prototype car, but they are actually going to build it. In May of 2007, the last Monte-Carlo rolled off the line in Oshawa Ontario, not too far from the legendary homes of Tim Horton, and Lisa Caplan. And that is where they are building the Camaro.
OK, enough about cars....In GreekTown, there is by far THE finest pastry shop in the state, the Astoria!!! Feast your eyes on just a small sampling of their fabulous wares!!!
Those curled and rolled deep fried things, are crunchy and decadant. The shredded wheat baklava's are to die for. And those 'Bird-Nests' are stuffed with pistachio's...
Between me and Alex, we spent about 40 bucks on peace offerings to our respective spouses..
It Worked !!!...Hahaha...
The name of that pastry shop reminded me of a famous poem ....

"There once was a nympho named Gloria,
Who married Sir Gerald de Moria...
She screwed him and the best-man..
Then Sir Gerald again...
And the whole staff at the Waldorf Astoria!!!
Ahhh, I love the classics... Peace!

I LOVE That New Car Smell.......

Hi Everybody...Monday Swinefest will be postponed for a week to give all of you a very special treat. Today, My friend Alex and I travelled to Mo-Town for the opening week-end of the North American Auto Show. Being that I sell Chevrolet's for a living, I thought it would be benificial to see what the competition has to offer. ...

I see though that the competition does NOT play fair!!!..Why you say?? Well, even though it was only 11 degree's outside today for a high, there was an over-abundance of Peep-Toed Pumps shamelessly on display...Tsk Tsk Tsk!!!!!

Anyway, I tried to get as many new car pics as I possibly could for your enjoyment....

So Enjoy!!!!

Fire On The Roof...Fire In The Furnace.......

Mr. Knowitall is taking the night off folks, I hope you are not disappointed...
As many of you know, The G-Man has an ' affection ' toward certain things. Pretty Feet, U of M football, cooking, and of course..Redheads!!
I'm gonna tell a joke regarding Redheads, and I'd like a joke in return, but it doesn't have to be about any particular hair color....Henna color will do...hehehehe
A man is dining in a fancy restaurant, and there is a gorgeous Redhead sitting at the next table. He has been checking her out since he sat down, but lacks the nerve to talk to her...
Suddenly she sneezes, and her glass eye comes flying out it's socket toward the man. He reflexively reaches out, grabs it in mid air, and hands it back to her.
"Oh my, I am so sorry", the woman says as she pops it back into place.
"I'm sure that this must have embarrassed you, so please let me buy your dinner to make it up to you" she says.
They enjoy a wonderful dinner together, and afterwards they go to the theater followed by drinks. They talk, they laugh, she shares her deepest dreams and he listens, he shares his and she listens. After paying for everything , she asked him up to her place for a nightcap and stay for breakfast.
They have a wonderful WONDERFUL time!
The next morning she cooks a gourmet breakfast with all the trimmings. The guy is amazed and totally impressed, everything had been soooo incredible.
"You know...You are the perfect woman" he says.." Are you this nice to every guy you meet"?
"No" she replies..."You just happened to catch my eye".
Joke please.... Peace!
(or if you are Hosed...just say Hi..)

Vamana was sent to Earth to restore the balance of power between the spectrum of good and evil. he restores the realm of Heaven back to the Devas away from Bali the King...

For Mona .......

In the basic Hindu Trinity of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva, the Hindu God Vishnu is the Protector and Preserver of Creation. Vishnu is the embodiment of mercy and goodness, the self-existent and all pervading power that preserves the Universe and maintains the Cosmic Order or Dharma!!!
Most of the time, the forces of Good and Evil are evenly matched in the world. But at times the balance is destroyed, and evil demons get the upper hand. Often in response to a request from the other Gods, Vishnu then incarnates to human form, and sets the balance straight again...
9 Vishnu incarnations are generally recognized as Vishnu Avatars...
Here they are...
1)..Matsya the fish
2)..Kurma the turtle
3)..Varaha the Boar
4)..Narasingha..the lion
5)..Vamana the dwarf
7)..The Ram

...But since this is Monday Swinefest, we are only concerned at this time with Varaha.
He killed the Demon Hironyaksha, recovered the stolen Veda's, and released the Earth from the bottom of the ocean!!!! Yay....Varaha!!!!!

"Go ahead" he urged.."put it in your mouth".
'It's so hard', she said.
"It's SUPPOSED to be"..He whispered with a grin.
"You'll love it"!
As soon as it passed her waiting lips, her mouth was filled with an explosion.
She swallowed greedily!!
But it soon became soft....... shriveled.....
"..So this is Double-Bubble"??
Have YOU written a 55?
If so please tell the G-Man...
If not?...C'Mon...It's easy!!

Ask Mr. Knowitall......

Hi Everybody, if it's Wednesday, it must be time for 'Ask Mr. Knowitall'...

Michelle Limestein of Scranton Pennsylvania asks...."Who was the 'Real' Mother Goose?"

Dear Michelle..."Well I knew this chick named Helga that could ram her, Naww, thats another post...OK, No one knows for sure, but many scholars maintain that Mother Goose was actually one Elizabeth Foster Goose of Boston Mass. In 1692 when she was 27, Lizzy married a widower named Isaak Goose and immediately inherited a family of 10 children. One of her step-daughters married a printer several years later, and the printer loved listening to 'Mother Goose' recite old rhymes to the younger children. In 1719 he published a collection called Songs For The Nursery, or Mother Goose Melodies"..

Sharon Crowder-Pea of Botetourt Virginia asks..."I just LOVE high heels, who wore them first?"

Dear Shari..."In the 1600's, Louis XIV of France added a few inches to the heels of his boots, because like all Frogs, he was a shrimpy Mofo!! To his annoyance, he started a fad in the Royal Court. Soon, everyone was wearing elevated heels!! So he made his even higher..but so did everybody else!! This went on until it got ridiculous. Eventually the men's heels got smaller, but the women's heels stayed high. In the 1800's, American women copied the styles of Paris and the high heels...called 'French Heels' at first, they soon became part of American fashion."

Jill Klutz from Rancho Wino California asks..." Are you afraid of anything Mr Knowitall?"

Dear Jilly..." Yes....

Aulophobia..Fear of flutes

Blennophobia..Fear of slime

Catoptophobia...Fear of mirrors

Teratophobia...Fear of monsters

Gymnophobia...Fear of nudity

Ichthyophobia...Fear of fish

Ichycooterphobia...Fear of Britney Spears vagina

Trailotrashophobia...Fear of living next door to Britney Spears

Linonophobia...Fear of string

Xenophobia...Fear of foreigners and unfamiliar things

Awwww, Fuck It..Pantophobia...Fear of everything!!!!"

Mr. Knowitall grows weary....

It's All In The Name.........

Hi Everybody..Welcome to Trashy Tuesday.
Your host for today's Trash-o-Rama is The G-Man...
I grew up in an area of Flint called Burton. 90% of the people that lived here migrated North from the Deep South after the WWII to work for GM. There was a factory here called Fisher Body, and they made Buicks. Most of the people worked within walking distance of the factory, and the inhabitants were mostly from Arkansas, and Mississippi, and Missouri. But the area became known as 'Little Missouri'.
Our family came from Germany and Scotland, and immigrated through Canada..That has nothing to do with today's post, I just thought you'd like to know...
Anyway, I've always said that I'd like to put the name of that Mechanical Engineering firm on my post so now I have...And as far as Crank's Motel go's, it has always rented rooms by the 'hour'...If you know what I mean?
These neighborhood landmarks are still here long after GM flew the coup...
I hope you got a grin from them...

Is It Over?.........

Hi Everybody, I hope you all survived the Holidays...
You probably are thinking that I'm really digging deep with this weeks Pic..
But nawwww, I happen to love 'Pig-Pen'.
Not only that, I make the rules...hahahahaha
This was an extremely busy stretch for me between Thanksgiving and New Years,
and business was brisk at times.
Coming home after working 11 hr days, AND brooming snow off of cars in the bitter cold is not good blogging atmosphere. I have been very remiss in visiting my good blogging friends and I apologize..I've noticed a marked drop off in commenting and posting, so I guess I'm not the only one that took a brief break from creativity...
I hope this upcoming year proves to be prosperous for you and your loved ones..
Manny..Pam...Go Bucks!!!

Flash Friday 55.........

The Neanderthal-Like male stood motionless.
The hair all over his back and neck Bristled!
He sniffed the swampy dank air..
He glared intently.....waiting.
He strained to hear what the cur was muttering.
.."Uh Sherman..? Have you been playing with the Wayback Machine again"?
'Sorry Mr. Peabody, I may have pushed a button or two'......
